Aurent is AI-operated and human-governed. This page states, plainly, how our AI is controlled — because a governed system you can inspect is the whole point.

What our AI does

Specialist AI agents handle the work of researching, drafting, scoring, and assembling. Each agent operates within a defined scope and budget, produces structured outputs that separate facts from inferences and hypotheses, and records what it did to an audit trail.

What our AI will never do

• Fabricate results, testimonials, customers, scarcity, credentials, or experience.
• Publish, spend, contract, or materially change an offer without a human approval on record.
• Modify its own policies, scoring weights, thresholds, or the definitions of its own metrics.
• Provide personalized legal, investment, medical, tax, or insurance advice.
• Let commission or our own margin override a materially better outcome for you.

Disclosure

Wherever AI speaks or presents on Aurent's behalf — a chat assistant, an avatar presenter, generated content — it is disclosed as AI. An AI-generated presenter carries that disclosure on every video.

Independent review and human decision

No agent approves its own high-impact output. A compliance-and-quality reviewer contests a recommendation before a human decides. The human sees the actual substance, can push back, and their approval, conditions, or rejection are recorded.

Stopping the machine

Every automated line names the conditions under which it halts — a quality-gate failure, a budget ceiling, a policy breach — and there is a global emergency stop. A line that cannot be stopped on a defect is itself treated as a defect.

Your data and prompt safety

We treat web pages, documents, messages, and tool outputs as untrusted input — they are data, never instructions that can change what our AI is allowed to do. We store references to secrets, never raw credentials, and apply least-privilege access throughout.
